Today I made salmon wraps for a quick snack. I was in a hurry but wanted to eat something quick before I had to leave. So I made salmon wraps which makes for a fantastic healthy snack, and it was also surprisingly filling as well! Their also really cute and fancy finger food ideas to make for a get together or party.

Ingredients:

Salmon
Cucumber
Tomato
Red Onion
Green Onion
Dijon Mustard

Steps:

1. Cut up all the vegetables into slices. Place a cucumber, tomato, and red onion in a slice of salmon (which already is cut up when bought).
2. Roll it up all together and add a bit of dijon mustard and green onions on top.
